Worlds full of colors, shapes, and alternative perspectives. After all, children and teenagers need opportunities to explore their creativity in order to develop into independent individuals.
On Friday and Saturday, children and teens will be designing real-life spaces on the St. Bartlmä grounds, and everyone is invited to join in. In certain corners between the ceiling and the wall, installations of varying densities are created by the tension of thick and thin cords—they suggest the dwellings, both small and large, of strange creatures. First, the basic structure is created; then, all workshop participants work together to make the net denser by throwing in thinner strings, wool, and so on. Anyone can join in and become part of the network. THE LARGE NETWORK is taking shape. Time and space merge—the Fö N turns everything upside down and mixes it all anew, telling stories from the south and the north, bringing Saharan dust and much more….
